Alyssa N. Warhola is an Associate Attorney at Franceski Law, where she represents individuals and families throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Alyssa has developed substantial courtroom experience representing both adults and juveniles in a wide variety of legal matters. Her practice is particularly focused on family law and juvenile advocacy, where she regularly appears in court for custody, divorce, support, protection from abuse, juvenile delinquency, and related proceedings. She also represents clients in criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, and estate matters.
In addition to her private practice, Alyssa serves as Court-Appointed Conflict Counsel for Juveniles in Lackawanna and Bradford Counties, representing juveniles through every stage of delinquency proceedings. Alyssa earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a minor in White Collar Crime, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Her background in accounting provides a unique analytical perspective when handling cases involving financial issues, property distribution, and other complex legal matters.
