Kyle R. Franceski is the Managing Attorney and founder of Franceski Law, where he represents individuals, families, and businesses throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on criminal defense, family law, personal injury, civil litigation, business law, real estate matters, tax assessment appeals, and estate planning. Known for his practical approach, thorough preparation, and strong courtroom advocacy, Kyle is committed to delivering personalized legal representation tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Kyle has extensive litigation experience representing clients at every stage of the legal process, from preliminary hearings and negotiations to jury trials and appellate matters. He is particularly recognized for his criminal defense practice, handling cases ranging from summary offenses and DUI charges to complex felony prosecutions involving drug offenses, aggravated assault, and homicide.
In addition to leading Franceski Law, Kyle serves as Conflicts Counsel for Lackawanna County and is a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, representing individuals charged in federal criminal proceedings. He previously served as an Assistant Public Defender for Luzerne County, where he gained significant courtroom experience representing indigent clients facing a broad range of criminal charges.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he served as Business/External Managing Editor of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review. During law school, he completed a judicial internship with then-United States Magistrate Judge Joseph F. Saporito, Jr., who now serves as a United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and earned certificates in Business Advising and Diversity & Inclusion.
A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Kyle remains active in the legal community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna Bar Association and is dedicated to providing responsive communication, strategic guidance, and effective advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom.
